what is ttc? TTC stands for Total Training Center. TTC is a facility created to help you achieve your goals. That is the commitment of the staff as well. Total Training takes into account the total person, not just training, but all facets of wellness, health and achievement. Testing, training, nutrition, function and psychology. Whether you are an elite athlete looking for that peak performance or an individual simply looking to improve your general health and/or lose weight; TTC is the place for you. | why test?  When testing is done accurately, it can be a powerful tool to take the guess work out of the precious time you devote to working out. Whether to shave minutes off your 10k run time or shed pounds off your mid-section; training in the optimal zone and for the optimal length of time will yield the best results. Testing is not enough! Testing is only as good as the recommendations that come out of it. Retesting at key points in your training will ensure your progression. Test results are most helpful when you have something to compare them to, without a reference they are just numbers. Every test and session we do has a detailed explanation of what you can and should do with the information. Everything we do and every piece of equipment we have is state of the art. TTC is a haven for people to learn what they need to do to reach their goals and enjoy the journey. |
